Here is our next cheat day challenge workout: 20 Second Madness. Since you’ll likely be eating a ton of carbs today, this workout will gear you up for those extra calories. This way, when you do those carbs, they will get stored in your muscle tissue instead of your problem areas. Remember, cheat day workouts are designed to be even harder than other workouts we send your way. So, be sure to tune into your body while you are doing 20 Second Madness, and stop if you lose form or feel fatigued.
