She was inspired to make this delicious meal full of awesome flavor and surprising combinations! This would make a great easy lunch using what you have on hand, or a quick and easy weeknight dinner.</p> <div class="sub-head">Vivien’s Cajun Skillet</div> <p><b>Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10-15 minutes | Serves: 2-3</b></p> <div class="sub-head">Ingredients:</div> <p><ul> <li>½ cup cauliflower rice</li> <li>2 eggs </li> <li>3/4 red pepper </li> <li>6 cherry tomatoes </li> <li>1 green onion</li> <li>1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese</li> <li>2 tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese </li> <li>1 tablespoon grass fed butter </li> <li>1 teaspoon chia seed oil</li> <li>½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning </li> <li>4 pieces of smoked salmon </li> </ul></p> <div class="sub-head">Instructions:</div> <p><ol> <li>Put the butter and chia seed oil on the pan on low heat. When the butter and chia seed oil gets up . </li> <li>Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl ,Then mix it with a wooden spoon.</li> <li>Then pour all the ingredients on the pan. Stir till it’s cooked.</li> <li>When it’s all done add the smoked salmon then serve.</li> </ol></p> </section> </article>
