The white of the egg is where a lot of the protein is, along with B2, B6 and B12 vitamins that give you energy, boost your metabolism and are key in neurological function! Egg whites are lower in calories and fat than the yolk, but on keto you want to stock up on that fat. The yolk is also full of vitamins A, D and E and are a source of good cholesterol.

<h5><p style="color: rgba(20, 117, 135, 1)">Ingredients:</p></h5><ul>
<li>10 large eggs</li>
<li>Salt and pepper to taste</li>
<li>1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese</li>
<li>5 slices cooked bacon</li>
<li>Coconut oil/cooking spray</li>
<h5><p style="color: rgba(20, 117, 135, 1)">Instructions:</p></h5><ul>
<ol><li>Spray a skillet with coconut oil cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Whisk together 2 eggs and add to the pan, covering the entire pan.</li>
<li>Cover with a lid and cook until egg is almost cooked through.</li>
<li>Lay down a strip of bacon and cover with about ⅓ of the cheese (add optional fillings at this time if desired)</li>
<li>Start rolling the egg over the fillings. You can use your spatula to help you! This should roll a couple of times.</li>
<li>Set aside and repeat to create 4 more rolls.</li>
<li>Serve and enjoy!</li>
