These breakfast roll ups are loaded with protein and are a quick and easy way to jumpstart your morning.</p> <header>Why You Should Eat Eggs</header> <p align="justify">Eggs are a great breakfast, not only because they can be made into so many tasty things, but because they are such a healthy way to start your day. They are an excellent source of protein and both the white and the yolk are packed with nutrients!</p> <p align="justify">The white of the egg is where a lot of the protein is, along with B2, B6 and B12 vitamins that give you energy, boost your metabolism and are key in neurological function! Egg whites are lower in calories and fat than the yolk, but on keto you want to stock up on that fat. Whisk together 2 eggs and add to the pan, covering the entire pan.</p></li> <li>Cover with a lid and cook until egg is almost cooked through.</li> <li><p align="justify">Lay down a strip of bacon and cover with about ⅓ of the cheese (add optional fillings at this time if desired). </p></li> <li><p align="justify">Start rolling the egg over the fillings. You can use your spatula to help you! This should roll a couple of times.</p></li> <li>Set aside and repeat to create 4 more rolls.</li> <li>Serve and enjoy!</li> </ol> </section> </article>
